Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Tokyo Street Style order. If something is not right, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging with tags attached.
- For hygiene, opened or used beauty, skincare and cosmetic products, and worn underwear, swimwear and pierced-ear jewellery, can be returned only if they are faulty.
- Not returnable: gift cards, custom or made-to-order items, and items marked final sale. Pre-order items follow the same 14 days, counted from delivery.
How to return
- Email hello@tokyostreetstyle.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent without a return authorisation cannot be accepted.
- Pack the item securely. We recommend a tracked service; we are not responsible for parcels lost on the way to us.
Return shipping
- Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay return shipping.
- Change of mind: you pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right with a repair, replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the result. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
