Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Items ship from Japan. Pre-order and backorder items show their expected ship date on the product page and ship after it.

We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us at hello@tokyostreetstyle.com.

Rates and delivery times

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight and size of your order. Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 days after dispatch for in-stock items. Pre-order items arrive after their stated ship date. Large orders may ship in several parcels.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. Unless checkout says otherwise, these are paid by the customer on delivery. Refused deliveries are refunded minus the original shipping and any return charges.

Restricted items

Some countries restrict imports of cosmetics, liquids and aerosols, and some carriers restrict certain items. If we cannot ship an item to your address, we will contact you and refund it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at hello@tokyostreetstyle.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.
